Our Carers

Our dedicated animal caregivers ensure that all the animals in our care at the AWRC receive the very best care possible and live healthy, enriched lives.

Our caregivers, including biologists, have undergone training in the care and handling of wild animals at reputable wildlife rescue facilities and at wildlife husbandry workshops.

We care for the rescued animals around the clock when needed, and there is a member of staff at the AWRC at all times to keep a close eye on our resident animals and be ready to look after any new arrivals at any time of day or night.
