Suffering, not Smiling
The Truth About Captive Dolphins

How you can help the dolphins!

1. Write letters to Underwater World Singapore, voicing your disapproval of keeping the dolphins in captivity. Ask them to do the following:

End the use of dolphins in animal shows in Dolphin Lagoon.
End the petting sessions and the ‘swim-with-dolphins’ programme.
Stop the import of more dolphins to Dolphin Lagoon.
Begin research on the rehabilitation of the Indo-Pacific humpbacked dolphins.
Release the dolphins back into the wild as soon as possible.

Send your request to:

2. Do not visit and support marine parks that keep dolphins in captivity and ask your friends and family members to not visit these places. Inform your friends and family about the detrimental impact of captivity on the lives and welfare of dolphins, whales and other marine mammals.

3. Support Acres! Get our 'Suffering, not Smiling' t-shirts.
Wear the t-shirts and spread the message!

4. Join Acres as a member or make a donation.
Acres depends heavily on public support and contributions in our efforts to improve the lives of all animals.

Help us campaign against the captive dolphin industry.
